On February 5, within the framework of the regular session in January 2024, HTCAA organized a significant exchange event with the Kinzei Certified Public Tax Accountants’ Association from Japan. TinLaw, as an active member of HTCAA, also attended, interacted, and connected at this event. This meeting was not only an opportunity to create new relationships but also a foundation to promote cooperation and exchange knowledge in the field of accounting and taxation.

Speaking at the event, Ms. Ngo Thanh Hanh, Vice President, and Secretary-General of HTCAA, introduced the scale and activities of HTCAA. For the year 2023, she emphasized expanding cooperation both domestically and internationally. Specifically, the signing of cooperation with the Busan Tax and International Exchange Association (BTIEA) – South Korea and the exchange event with the Kinzei Certified Public Tax Accountants’ Association from Japan were significant steps that opened new opportunities for HTCAA.

After listening to the introduction about HTCAA, Mr. Kenji Ishihara, President of the Kinzei CPTAs, highly appreciated the meaningful contributions and activities of HTCAA to the business community and society. Mr. Ishihara also highlighted the role of Kinzei CPTAs in providing guidance, coordination, and supervision for tax accountants, contributing to professional development and enhancing service quality.

During the event, HTCAA and Kinzei CPTAs exchanged and shared information about tax policies and legal procedures related to Japanese enterprises in Vietnam. This will help the business community and tax agents better understand support policies and avoid risks in business activities.

In the future, TinLaw hopes to continue receiving support and positive cooperation from other HTCAA members to jointly develop and improve service quality, contributing to the sustainable development of the business community.
